Three Parishes Neighbourhood Plan

The parishes of Adderley, Moreton Say and Norton-in-Hales are in the process of undertaking a Neighbourhood Plan.

The Next Meeting of the Steering Group is shown in the side bar ->

The Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 14 response form is now live and can be accessed here:

A neighbourhood plan is written by the local community, the people who know and love the area, rather than the Local Planning Authority and it is a tool to ensure the community gets the right types of development, in the right place:

Choose where we want new homes, shops and offices to be built

Have a say on what those new buildings should look like.

Inform planning permission for the new buildings we want to see go ahead.

Have a greater share of CIL funding.
